    The studio is located in a spa, and it was easy to find. I liked the instructor! Other reviewers said they felt this class was mostly stretching, but I found this to be challenging — tons of ab work, plus some leg work and weighted arm work. I definitely got a good workout despite not breaking into a sweat. Try it!

    Courtney is the best! She was the first instructor I had when I went to handle bar and she inspires me everytime I take her class! Her classes empowered me through the end of nursing school and I couldn’t be more thankful. She always mentions how important it is that we appreciate our bodies and the fact that we can move them! Always great variety of good fun music and her moves incorporate actual Latin/dancehall/house/afro dance steps and not just step aerobics moves.
