see all reviewsMOLLY IS GREAT!!! This was one of my favorite yoga classes I’ve ever taken- she keeps the energy so high yet so focused, pushes everyone in the room to work as hard as they can, and takes time at the end of class to make sure everyone is leaving feeling centered and more connected. Adore u molly <3

see all reviewsI’ve been going to Salt Yoga for a while now & it is AMAZING! Most often, I attend class with one of three instructors (although the other instructors are awesome as well). Lauren Bristow’s classes are HIGH ENERGY - you will SWEAT & be challenged. It’s great. Casey Sass’s classes are my happy place. They are moderately challenging and leave me feeling GOOD. Ji Hwang’s classes are FUN - I recommend them to anyone who is open to experimenting with or trying advanced poses. No matter which instructor you choose - you will have a great time.
