see all reviewsI really enjoyed this class. It was challenging but not to where I couldn’t do a lot of it. I had never taken a class with this teacher before. She was helpful and hands on. She came over and helped me get into my pose better a couple times during class. I thought that was cool because you don’t know you’re doing it wrong til someone tells you so. I appreciated her guidance.

see all reviewsI always love Danielle’s Friday Slow Burn classes. Instead of flowing through the usual sequences, she challenges you with different transitions. She always teaches a challenging arm balance or inversion toward the end of class too. I can only do about 1/10 of these, but it’s so fun to learn and try!
