    I liked this class with Grace. It was very different than the normal class with Jessica. Grace was filling in. It was a pleasure to take a class with an instructor I’ve never practiced with before. She had more hippie vibes and her flow was a slower and easier one than the ones Jessica presents to the class.     This was the most FUNNN I’ve ever had in a workout class!! Carleigh has the best energy ever!! Between her and the other instructor you were never left behind.     This was my first aerial hoop class! I’ve never done anything aerial, never done pole, and have no kind of experience with this hoop stuff! I take dance classes and yoga too so I’m used to exercise classes. The beginning warmup was nothing I’m not used to. The actual hoop work was definitely hard, but the teacher gave me an easier option for everything that she was teaching the other more experienced people. This made it feasible for me to take the class and feel like I got something out of it. I was able to do a couple little tricks, and I feel like I will probably take another hoop class and try again. My upper body is sore, but I knew that would happen.
