see all reviewsAllison is a wonderfully responsive and accommodating teacher. This club is expensive but is the first I have personally seen that made me think "yeah, this is justified and worth it" re: membership prices. ClassPass is a steal!! Facilities were truly luxurious, polished, and well equipped. Great parking, beautiful newer building. I will be sure to visit on my next trip to Charleston.

see all reviewsThis was my first aerial hoop class! I’ve never done anything aerial, never done pole, and have no kind of experience with this hoop stuff! I take dance classes and yoga too so I’m used to exercise classes. The beginning warmup was nothing I’m not used to. The actual hoop work was definitely hard, but the teacher gave me an easier option for everything that she was teaching the other more experienced people. This made it feasible for me to take the class and feel like I got something out of it. I was able to do a couple little tricks, and I feel like I will probably take another hoop class and try again. My upper body is sore, but I knew that would happen.
