The instructor’s attentiveness and detailed guidance made it easy to follow along and truly enjoy the session. I would definitely love to join again!

see all reviewsIt's not what I expected. It should indicate what 'Indian Traditional' is all about. It's too relax for me. Like stretching the hands, legs, rotate the eyes and etc. However, the instructor is engaging and guide you through. She demonstrated all moves from start till end lesson which is what I like.
