    Livestream Barre 45

My first time taking a streaming class on CP and it was a great experience! I was at my vacation home and couldn’t get into town for class so it was great to bring the studio into my home. The streaming quality was good and it was almost as good as being there. Plus I got to work out with my usually friends. Definitely worth the credits and I will make sure it take barre again when I can’t be there in person.

Nice flow class with plenty of mods, I haven't done yoga in forever and they have mats if you forget to bring one. Spacious room and no weird spa music which I appreciated. #classpassinsider

Exactly what I was looking for. The class was both challenging and restorative. The instructor was engaging and precise in her language so I always knew what to do without glancing around the room. I can’t wait to join my next Mind Over Matter class!

HPF - Hot Power Fusion: Candlelight

My first time at Core Power Yoga, and Ive seen this chain in every major city. This was a hot yoga class with good instructions and some more descriptive names for the poses (asanas) than the original Sanskrit offers. Sone spirituality but not too much, as is trendy today. I liked this scaled down version. Great workout without too much extra stuff. I would certainly return and hope to visit other CPY locations.

Fast-paced and challenging class, but I didn't have any issues keeping up, because Taft explains everything so well. Really liked the combinations of movements. Would have liked a little bit more time for stretching at the end, but overall I really liked the class.

My first time here and first time for an in person class since Covid. Was a great class and wonderful, instructive teacher. Only issue was the music was a bit loud so sometimes difficult to hear his instruction.

Love the format of this class. We use weights and various cardio equipment. Workouts seem easy on paper and then by minute 4, you realize how much theyre kicking your butt. Emily is encouraging, down to earth, and really nice.

I’m so glad there’s a hot yoga studio in the area! Small studio but everyone was nicely spaced out and the instructor was friendly. Could be a little more challenging and would prefer dimmer lights but overall a great experience. Really glad I finally booked a class here and will definitely return!

    Gym Time

I really don't understand the bad reviews- it's a nice gym. It isn't the newest but it's definitely not falling apart either. It's clean and has a large variety of equipment. If you're expecting equinox- you'll be disappointed but It's a great gym to go in, do what you have to do, and go home.
