see all reviewsHillary is a friendly instructor who greeted students as they came into the studio. I like how she provided us modifications throughout class and did a good job demonstrating poses. It’s been a while since I last went to a barre class but this class was great! A lot of variety.

see all reviewsCarolyn was awesome! She was super kind, warm and welcoming upon arrival. This was my first time at Thrive and my second time taking a reformers type class (first time was Solidcore). She provided ample amounts of cues, corrected form when necessary and had fluid movement throughout each portion of the class. I am fitness instructor in Philadelphia, so I am not a novice to working out / fitness. I appreciated that the class was beginner friendly, but also offered opportunities for advanced movements to make it more challenging for returners. With a deep history of teaching, I was super impressed to hear that Carolyn was new to the studio. Great class, instructor, and studio!!!

see all reviewsUnity with Maggie was very intentional. Not only did Maggie make the class fun, she also made sure we knew how to do each exercise, offered the perfect critiques to make you feel each move and pushed us to our individual max while still allowing us to give ourselves grace. I walked out feeling so much stronger and energized. I highly recommend and I will be back!

see all reviewsI always take her class if I see she’s subbing in for another teacher. She always does hands on adjustments and grounding hand placement. A little bit more flow than other classes which is nice. + Nice easy “Sunday morning” type playlist. Really great class. Also if you’re more advance she will adapt for you. ( though I’m not) ;)

see all reviewsClass got me pumped up. It was challenging such that I couldn’t maintain some of the movements for the full 45 seconds, but I felt comfortable resting and modifying as needed. The instructor Amari was terrific, announced time at good intervals, very motivating and supportive. Music was a good variety of pop…though I’m not good at naming music genres. I will be returning!

see all reviewsGreat class for a Sunday morning! The instructor and assistant were both engaged and approachable. I loved how Erick took the time to explain and make sure we all had great form. Sometimes instructors take themselves too seriously and make yoga intimidating. Erick did a great job of balancing and making this a great learning environment. Perfect for a beginner or someone looking to go back to basics.

see all reviewsHeather Masse is still the BEST instructor I’ve ever taken at 10 hands! She can teach any kind of yoga class, but tonight she really stretched us stiff yogis out after being sore from all the weight lifting classes we so desperately needed to recover from. I’ve noticed a consistent return from all of the attendees in her class and it’s definitely due to how she makes us feel both relaxed physically and mentally by the end of our time with her.
