Yemi is awesome! She had great energy and was so friendly. I have a toe injury and she helped to give me modifications while class was going on so I could keep moving! Can’t wait to take another class with her

Hannah is awesome as always. But elevate, PLEASE do something about your regulars talking very loudly during instruction. It’s only the hardcore regulars or coaches attending other classes that talk loudly during demo time. The sound really echoes.

    Off-Peak Full Body

It was a very good, challenging class. My only complaint is that the instructor could definitely be a little more encouraging. There were a lot of instructions but not a ton of positivity haha. And with how difficult the class is, definitely could’ve used some love. Great workout overall though.

    LOGAN CIRCLE

Overall I enjoyed the class. The strength-based programming was spot on to target the day’s muscle groups, and everyone in the class was supportive to each other. The instructor seemed knowledgeable, but I don’t fully understand his shoe choice — the shoes were hideous and I’m not too sure how they were the correct choice for demonstrating the workout, all things considered. I also enjoyed the water fountain inside the fitness space, which allows both for filling up a water bottle and just drinking normally.

    Technical Boxing

So so great! Brandon went over the basics at the top of the class, so absolutely newbies to boxing (like me!) shouldn’t fear! The class incorporated aspects like cardio and core training on top of the boxing techniques. Our class size was only 5 people, which was great for the one-on-one periods with each person. Brandon was excellent at tailoring the individual sparring periods to each person’s level, and slowly raising the bar as he sees you improving. This was great because while I was definitely feeling the challenge of getting used to things, I could also see regular attendees feeling challenged as well! The environment was not intimidating at all, so I would absolutely recommend first-timers with interest to try it out!!

I am so happy that they added another level 2 class. The class moves faster than the level one and you get to do more flips and advanced moves. Sarah is a fantastic teacher and I plan to keep coming!

Cory is great. Lots of adjustments, which I appreciate. This is not a Vinyasa class, though. We did almost the entire Ashtanga series! I really liked it, though it was a little too fast moving. Not a ton of deep stretching. Studio was very warm.

I really enjoyed this workout! I appreciated the studio offering a class for beginners that focused more on technique (still built up a sweat though)! Very kind and attentive staff. A few constructive comments: 1) offering parking suggestions or validation 2) offering somewhere to store belongings. Disclaimer: while this is good for all levels of experiences with rowing machines, I think its helpful to have an advanced beginner or intermediate level of fitness. The workout may be tough for someone that isnt working out regularly.

IN STUDIO (vax) || Cardio Barre

Great barre class at a yoga studio! Since it’s not a barre studio, there aren’t actual ballet barres to use (either use a wall or do stuff in the room center). But you use weights and balls. I’ve been twice and like that it’s different each time and seems like a good work out. I appreciate the instructor makes corrections too, when your form is off. #ClassPassInsider

This class was so fun, energetic, and upbeat! I love how varied the dances we did were: The instructors had us moving all around the room, instead of just staying in one place the entire class! I was also happy that there was a true stretch/cool-down at the end of the class. The instructors were also fantastic! If youre thinking of going, go!
