see all reviewsGreat circuit workout with varied stations. Easy to follow the circuits and exercises are posted, but could definitely be more challenging for a beginner to follow and complete, though modifications are possible and you can certainly take as many breaks as you need during a set. I also am not afraid of heavier weights but found the lightest options for some of the exercises to be more of a moderate level especially given the length of sets and pace of the class. Overall I'm looking forward to returning!

see all reviewsMaddie was seriously awesome. Great instruction, spoke clearly, and mic was far enough from her mouth that there was no static or muffling, which I find incredibly annoying with a few instructors. 100% would rejoin one of her classes. Muscles are working hard to type this as she has completely kicked our asses in the class 💪🏼

see all reviewsThis was my first ever rowing class, and I appreciated how Jason gave me a full tutorial of working the machine. He also gave really good spot corrections of form and motivators during the class. I like how the whole class is trying to get the average down — the workout was effective, challenging, inclusive, and fun. Highly recommend and will be back.

see all reviewsI love Shayyna’s classes so much and I was finally able to get back in the saddle after 2 months off from an immobilizing injury. Being back in class, like in the classes of hers I’ve been in before, made me feel strong and proud of myself even if I was less able to follow along than was previously.
