The music was great and kept me relaxed while also motivated. The instructor had a calming voice and also did the poses herself for reference. There was all ages and abilities in the class, though, and she offered lots of ways to add and remove difficulty of the workout. Make no mistake, though, it WAS a workout. So her routine today really nailed then”full body” — just wish they would put a cap on these types of workouts, there is way too much up and down, side to side, heavy usage of heavy weights to be that close to our neighbors - even staggering didn’t help much. Other than that, I liked Samantha! One of the best instructors I’ve taken here.

I loved this class- very challenging for me, but didn’t feel like I was going to overheat. Personally the cardio focus class with weights and bands I tried before was too much with the HIIT type workout with added heat. see all reviewsI don’t come regularly but every time I make it to class it’s always motivating and fun and 45 minutes though brutal at times go by very fast. If managment reads the comments can I suggest a sticky mat at the door so people who don’t change shoes can’t at least get some sidewalk / subway / bathroom filth off their shoes since many exercises require us on our forearms and hands.
