see all reviewsNate did a stellar job and gave custom advice for each person. Calm voice, did a great job walking us through the reps for each move. Never felt rushed. Really appreciated his review of form and posture and making sure you were at the correct weight class for you. I can honestly say I haven't ever worked all muscles in my arms before. Incorporating cool down moves at the end was a nice touch. Definitely worked out but I don't feel depleted like a lot of weight training/cardio classes I've taken. I'm a novice to interval training but I never felt lost or overwhelmed. 10/10 👍
