Not only did Maggie make the class fun, she also made sure we knew how to do each exercise, offered the perfect critiques to make you feel each move and pushed us to our individual max while still allowing us to give ourselves grace. I walked out feeling so much stronger and energized. I highly recommend and I will be back!

I have found this at Train and Nourish. The staff is wonderful and any class is good for all levels of fitness. It is also accessible to people looking to exercise who have additional mobility needs. A wheelchair could roll right through the front door and get to work.
