Instructor is calm and measured and has taken the time to plan out the class so it's not too repetitive like at other studios. The 90 min allows you to really workshop poses AND allows for a flow and for group centering at the start as well as the final rest. I will take this class again 🙏🏻

see all reviewsTrina has great energy and is friendly. The music was very fun. Even though it was called hip hop "kick", it was 90% air punching and very little kicking, not sure if it's always like that. The class is inside Fitness Works on the third floor, so you have to walk through the gym.
