How to prepare

Wear comfortable fitness gear.

How to get there

The front desk person will guide you to the either group fitness/spin room or pool. FYI: the spin room is on the third floor. Go straight to the back, make a right, keep walking until you see the staircase. Go all the way up to last floor. You will have to go through the group fitness room to get to the spin room. The pool is on the 1st floor. To access the pool area you must go through the bathrooms.

Good instructor for cycling. Bikes need an upgrade. The first two I tried out were broken. No one at the front desk when checking in. Had to wander around to find the room.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
