    My first time at this studio and it was great! Jack was motivating and class was hard but not impossible. Mix of sprints on the rowing machine and weights/floor exercises. Lower attendance this week due to an event later, but sounds like Sat AM class attendance is often ~15 people, which is a good size.

    The staff here is so helpful like crazy helpful. I couldn’t find the studio and the person on the phone gave me specific directions. Parking is tricky so definitely account for that when you’re heading over. I was very late to class because I was having trouble finding it but they got me set up quick and the part of the workout I did make kicked my butt. I would go again!

    Class was pretty empty so I got to have a a private session with Andrea and she rocked!! She was extremely attentive, and within a couple minutes figured out just how to push my to my limit without breaking me in under an hour. Low key spot, knowledgeable staff, highly recommend!!
