I love that you’re able to set up and stay in your station with a good view of yourself and the instructor. Caitlin was a fun coach and I look forward to my next class with her!

I had so much fun and my booty is BURNING in all the good ways ha I’d absolutely recommend this class if you’re looking to tone all your small muscle groups and want a little more hype and action than a Pilates class. Brooke is a beast, idk how she was cheering us on nevermind breathing during some of those exercises 😅 #goals

see all reviewsI loved this class and instructor! I’m not sure I would call this class “cardio” but it was overall just a great yoga class with an engaging flow. I’ve found yoga flow classes at exhale to be a bit slow and beginner, but this class was great for yogis with some experience. Cassandra brought such a great energy to the class. I was sweaty, relaxed, and engaged!

see all reviewsGreat class. John was really helpful for any form corrections or pushing your weight/reps. The music was fire, the format was accessible but humbling, and everyone was so nice. Bring water with and a sweat towel - you'll need it. They have showers with everything you need, just bring a bath towel.
