Fantastic restorative yoga with a tad of power vinyasa mixed in. Sharon was clear, and funneled soothing vibes throughout the class. She even did a bit of aromatherapy during shavasana. The studio is so cute, and minimally decorated with plants and fairy lights. What a lovely way to end the week!

    Paws and Poses: Restorative bliss

May is an amazing instructor. She remains focused and leads a beautiful class even as kitties jump, leap, meow all around us. ,li particularly love how she remains unfazed when I was NOT doing yoga (a kitty fell asleep in my lap). I didn’t feel judged or like I was doing something wrong. When the cat woke up, I jumped right back into the class. She brings toys for us to play with the cats. Overall, a beautiful space and experience!
