I always leave class feeling refreshed with a good burn. You can really tell she cares about what she does and the clients she has. Classes are doable for all fitness levels- modifications and progressions are always provided. The studio is clean and the staff is professional. Full beauty bar and shower service, lockers and complimentary towels, mints and ear plugs if needed. Will definitely keep coming back!

After speaking with Enqing, I decided to do the 10-week Pain Free program. I started with one-on-one sessions with Enqing and then joined the group classes. I was genuinely surprised by how much better I felt (by just learning how to breath correctly) and how much my health improved with Enqing's guidance. The 10 weeks went by so fast. Enqing's recommendations are feasible, and he was incredibly supportive. I am now pain free and have never felt better or had more energy. Sometimes the instructors don’t turn the heat up or have a challenging class. The way he explained the poses and taught the class showed how knowledgeable in yoga / group exercise, and how much he loved teaching. That class. I will definitely be back to take his class!

Some saturdays I don’t mind and he always gives us the full time but today I was pretty much or almost the last one to arrive at 12:15 when class is supposed to start, and it was another 10 min before he arrived and the whole class was just waiting.
