see all reviewsGreat instructor but he turned the fans on at the end of class and left them on through the end. After an hour in heat, the wind from the fan for so long gave me a headache. I would much prefer opening a window or door briefly or even just turning the fan on and then off quickly.

see all reviewsThe instructor was great. I let him know upon arriving that I hadn’t done yoga in a while and he was very reassuring and not judgmental whatsoever. Overall, the space is beautiful and very spacious. There were times where I was a bit confused and had to look around the room to figure out what to do but overall the aesthetic was great along with the music. I will definitely be returning!!!

see all reviewsShe was so kind and had great energy but she just needs a bit more confidence! It was somewhat confusing when she would say “well you don’t have to do this if you don’t want to” during the workouts so I couldn’t keep track of reps. Liked the mix of yoga in it!

see all reviewsJamie and Craig took it up a notch in this class! First timers - it's really challenging in the beginning but worth it to come back. It took me quite a few classes before I could completely follow a new routine. Plus routines are repeated for the following 2-3 weeks before a new one is taught.

see all reviewsSabrina has been my go-to instructor for seven years. Her classes are the perfect balance of challenging and supportive. She’s there to push you, but also remind you to meet yourself where you are in your practice and only do what you can safely do. She’s always quick to offer modifications— she truly wants each student to get the most out of the class. The coven is a relaxing haven where you can focus on yourself for 45 mins away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

see all reviewsA great beyond-basics vinyasa class. Not super hot, but I think that works well with the format! (I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this for anyone brand-new to yoga, as it’s fast-paced and there’s not much in the way of instruction for individual poses.)

see all reviewsThis is the most unique yoga class I have ever experienced! The poses are so creative and there is no parallel, no way to describe it. Mary is an attentive, positive, and knowledgeable instructor and she made me feel so welcome. After the class, I felt taller, more open... it was one of the most intense workouts and yet I wasn't drenched in sweat. Magical!

The entire experience was really inspiring and new to me. Of course my mind wandered in a million directions but thats expected for first time. Plus we also all had a good chat after about our experience. Very cool.

see all reviewsArianna is so amazing. As a newbie I felt comfortable and centered. she created such an amazing space for vulnerability and mindfulness. I’m so grateful that I came to this class. I was allowed a moment to check in with myself I even found that I became emotional towards the end. I felt grateful for the experience as well as felt good emotionally, spiritually, and physically. She critiqued me from time to time but was gentle and encouraging. she even pushed down on my Shoulders while I was laying down and pulled the back of my neck, and I swear it felt amazing. I appreciated the fact that she was willing to connect with her students however that may have looked. I will be there WEEKLY.
