    I was scared to take my first Barry’s class because I’m mostly a yoga girlie and I hate running but I loved it! The people at the front desk were friendly and the instructor was amazing! Something about those red lights make me want to get to WORK! Definitely will be returning to this location while I’m trying to get in shape for my wedding.

    Hannah's classes are always fun and unique. she incorporates a power flow routine and she introduces new postures in each class. Recently, she has been including an arm balancing series that is challenging but fun and doable with practice. Highly recommend! It's unfortunate that I'm moving otherwise this would be my regular Tuesday morning class.
