see all reviewsBeautiful space and the instructors were welcoming and great. They started with a warm-up stretch and then explained the basic positions and hand grips. Then they explained and demonstrated a few moves and went around to give us corrections and advice after each demo, which was extremely helpful. At the end, we learned how to combine the 4 moves into one fluid motion. It was really fun and I’d definitely come back!

see all reviewsJanice was a fantastic instructor! It was my first time and she made me feel comfortable and was really supportive. She explained and demonstrated the different moves well and came around to give each of us personalized help while we practiced. And the combo at the end was really fun and I felt more confident! Studio is nice but for anyone with pet allergies, there’s a dog there sometimes, so just take allergy meds prior to class.
