Mighty Foundations - Great for Beginners
see all reviewsI really enjoyed this class! It’s exactly what I needed as a newbie to Pilates! Shannon was great at breaking down the movements and how to use the equipment. I love how the instructor was mindful of any injuries that people may have had and she was friendly :) The studio is so beautiful, I love how it’s open and bright. It was clean with clothing and accessories for sale, an espresso bar, charging station, shower, and feminine products. LOVE. Will def be coming back!

see all reviewsRyen is really wonderful, you can tell they really know their stuff and care deeply. They were super attentive and modified movements to everyone’s needs (I had a sticky lower back situation). I especially appreciated the focus on breath work and yummy stretches for an AM class. Excited to take another class with them soon! Thank you, Ryen!

see all reviewsSuch a positive and comfortable environment. She is extremely sweet. I’m someone who gets anxious in exercise classes and she didn’t make me feel that way.

see all reviewsVery challenging class, but it felt great! Instructor was clear and encouraging, hopping onto a reformer to show us the exercises. I love that it’s only 40 minutes so even when it feels too hard you know it’s not going to last forever. My one thing is I’d prefer if the class was slightly longer to included some guided stretching after, but I figured there might not be with how short the class is when I signed up. But it is nice that the instructor encourages you to stretch on your own after class and isn’t rushing anyone out of the studio. Will definitely be back!
