    Reformer Pilates

Susan had clear instructions so it was easy to follow. Typically, I'm a money see, monkey do type of person, but I was able to do as Susan said. I also appreciated jumping on the boards which made me feel like a superhero.

    LAGREE Mega Max

This was my first Lagree class at this studio. Marian was welcoming and the studio was clean and spacious. I appreciated how she actively went around the room to offer corrections and gave you nods of encouragement. Her very cues were also well timed. I look fwd to coming bk!

This is a good class. But, honestly, the instructor talks 300% faster than I can hear. I have to look around to see what other people are doing because I don’t understand what she is saying.

    Experienced Equipment (NOT 4 BEGINNERS)

I'm an experienced gym participant with a few pilates equipment classes under my belt. This class is fast and enjoyable. I'm happy to work out my inner thighs that I never experienced like other forms of exercise. I will be back!

    Power

Challenging and fast but so fun. I actually like that the instructor has a sense of humor so you don’t get too “in your head.” Also there is some serious ab work in this class.

    Reformer + Jumpboard

All the instructors Ive had at this studio have been great and Crystal is no different. Shes very technical and helps with form to make sure were doing everything correctly. The class is challenging and a great Pilates workout. You definitely need solid Reformer experience to get the most out of this class.

    BARRE

Good workout but different than other barre classes. I would say that half the class was barre and half was strength training with weights, lunges, squats type of stuff and stretching.

Love these small classes at Kinesia! I’ve taken Pilates at a few places around Seattle and elsewhere when I travel, and nowhere else have I gotten the level of personalization and attentiveness to form that Jordan continually offers. You really feel your muscles working.

    Beginner/Mixed Level Mat

This was a great class! With only 4 students, you get a lot of individual attention. The class moves along quickly and I thought it was challenging. Ashley does hands-on modifications (if your foot should be over there, she'll move it over there, not just tell you to move it) so if that isn't something you like, I would ask at the start of class for verbal corrections. It was helpful for me because I might think my foot is in one place, but more often than not, it's a little off.
