    Tabata

These Tabata classes with Jana are a fantastic workout. I'm sore for days afterwards. She also offers modifications for back, wrist, shoulder, etc sensitivity so it's accessible to everyone. Good music to motivate me and classes are pretty small so you get a lot of attention to get your form right.

    LAGREE Mega Max

This was my first Lagree class at this studio. Marian was welcoming and the studio was clean and spacious. I appreciated how she actively went around the room to offer corrections and gave you nods of encouragement. Her very cues were also well timed. I look fwd to coming bk!

    Megaformer - Bellevue

Zach is such a great instructor. Most lagree studios are pretentious and feel like an idiot trying to learn all the moves but I always feel so welcome in Zachs class. He is patient, makes sure you understand how to execute a move, while keeping it fun and challenging. Go take his class, will be worth it!

    40Works - Pilates

Love the space bright, organized, clean. Love Cats style of instruction she gives hints about upcoming moves, clear descriptions of moves and sequencing, with a little humor peppered in. Fun soundtrack for bouncing around. Self-paced class (emphasis on form over pace), which was helpful for my first time at this location. For your first visit, allow extra time to find and pay for street parking, and fill out the waiver. (Plus you may need time to intuit the lockers : when you close the door, enter your own four digits, turn the knob, then spin the numbers to random positions. To rescue your contents, spin the numbers back to your chosen four, then the knob should turn to give you access.)

Love the cardio+Pilates combo! Ro (instructor) was really accommodating for me as a beginner, and it was good to learn about correct form + principles. Confusing location -- if you're new to the studio, allow an extra 3 minutes to ensure you're in the right spot.

This place is super lux; they have cloth hand towels in the bathrooms and glass spray bottles for the machines. Oh, and the equipment is really nice, too.

    Reformer + Jumpboard

All the instructors Ive had at this studio have been great and Crystal is no different. Shes very technical and helps with form to make sure were doing everything correctly. The class is challenging and a great Pilates workout. You definitely need solid Reformer experience to get the most out of this class.

    BARRE

Good workout but different than other barre classes. I would say that half the class was barre and half was strength training with weights, lunges, squats type of stuff and stretching.

So much fun! No music, just the sound of awesome instruction. Stephanie is hands on, and adjusts you as the class progresses. It was my first time using a Pilates-specific reformer, so Stephanie would help me set up when she saw me struggling. She was very patient with me and very funny.

    Beginner/Mixed Level Mat

This was a great class! With only 4 students, you get a lot of individual attention. The class moves along quickly and I thought it was challenging. Ashley does hands-on modifications (if your foot should be over there, she'll move it over there, not just tell you to move it) so if that isn't something you like, I would ask at the start of class for verbal corrections. It was helpful for me because I might think my foot is in one place, but more often than not, it's a little off.

This is actually an intermediate to advanced class. Instructor was great, corrected my form as needed, and i got a great core workout. Parking is on street and a bit sparse, but at 10am on a sunday, definitely doable. i will be back!
