Y6 Power Flow
see all reviewsAbsolutely loved this class! The power flow was super fun, easy to follow, and had such great energy from start to finish. I really appreciated the emphasis on arm balances — it pushed me to try new poses and challenge myself in the best way. Kate is an amazing instructor and created such a welcoming, encouraging environment. The music/theme was also SO good and perfectly matched the pace of class — upbeat pop songs during the stronger flow and slower, calming music at the beginning and end. Everything flowed together perfectly. Can’t wait to take another class with Kate!

see all reviewsAs someone who doesn't sweat easily, I was out of breath and dripping 5 mins into the class. Make sure to wear shorts and a tank, the heated room makes you work real hard! Burned over 400 calories by end of the class which is my personal best and I sweat buckets. So fun!!

see all reviewsVery nice and relaxing class to take at the end of a long week. It was my first time and Katie was very accommodating and I appreciated that there were always modifications that katie shared with each new move. The mats are pretty close to eachother but luckily I didn’t bump anyone so that was good 😂 I would come again!

see all reviewsExcellent class! Tulika was the first teacher of all I have seen in years, to emphasize the importance of reducing sensory stimuli to enhance our practice, grounding it into the original principles of Yoga. Class was fun too. The group is small which makes it easier to take space and experiment with advanced poses. I would like to make it a regular class.

see all reviewsShe is a great instructor with great classes! She brings amazing energy to class on a Sunday morning! Her playlists are always so good, the flow feels intentional, and she does an amazing job cueing movements so you feel challenged but still successful. I always leave feeling stronger, more grounded, and in a noticeably better mood (and SWEATY). Happy to have found such a great way to start my Sundays!

see all reviewsMake sure to get there 10 mins early because you have to sign the waiver and the place gets quite busy (could have to wait in line). I really liked the instructor. She had a super cute poem at the end about Daffodils that really lifted my spirit. The studio was comfortable but I will say the sound quality was somewhat poor. I had a good workout, the location is convenient, and will be back!
