see all reviewsGood gym - sometimes they ask to sign their waiver again which shouldn’t be necessary if class is already booked via ClassPass. Also front desk will often ask to see the app to make sure it was booked — would be nice to be able to leave phone in the car and just bring the smart-watch like some classes.

I love pound, it’s such a great cardio workout that has you going so so many squats and lunges without thinking about it too much (you feel it later) also the fact that you get to hit things as hard as you like without going to jail is a nice bonus… lol
