Downstairs gym is decent enough and has a cage area for squats, deadlifts, pull ups, calisthenics type training. The option to use the upstairs area when no classes was a plus.

see all reviewsthe class is fun! but I don't recommend this for beginners because the pace is a bit fast, although coach Jefri is sensitive enough to pay a little attention to beginners (by reducing the weight string and correcting posture) but once again this class is filled with quite a lot of people so it's almost impossible to pay attention to the form of each person. So for beginners who are still struggling with form, it's better to take a slow paced and more detailed class.
