Reformer Pilates Level 1 with Sarah
This class wasnt enjoyable at all. It had no ambience in the class and wasnt challenging. We also had to purchase $20 socks which were completely unnecessary
Response from the studio:
Hi, we're sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your experience in this particular class. Being a Level 1 class means the level of difficulty is made suitable for a complete beginner to Reformer Pilates. For someone who is more experienced in this form of exercise, perhaps a Level 2 class may be more suitable. Additionally, we have a team of instructors who offer different styles of teaching and personalities, which is why we encourage our members to sample a few classes to find one that fits what they enjoy. With regards to the grip socks, they must be worn for safety and hygiene reasons. We would have sent you an email before your class informing you of this policy. Normal socks would slip on the wooden floor and the bed, we don't want to see anyone getting hurting while exercising at the studio. Some exercises require you to put your feet in fabric straps, we want to make sure the equipment is clean for everyone's enjoyment. Please let us know if you need more information.
Reformer Pilates Level 1 with Constantina
A decent workout for a beginner level. The instructor was attentive and direct in correcting postures. Class was small which was a plus!
Reformer Pilates Level 1 with Constantina
Not a very challenging workout, good stretch

For someone who is more experienced in this form of exercise, perhaps a Level 2 class may be more suitable. We'd like to invite you to come back and try a Level 2 class some time. Additionally, we also offer a number of other classes such as Functional Training, and Barre, that could meet your intensity expectation.
