    Flow

At first I felt disappointed because the pace of the class was so slow, because I was looking for something more challenging. But it really snuck up on me! I was dripping sweat by the end but everything was so accessible, I actually really appreciated the pace. Also, whatever instrumental/beach sounds track she played during savasana was a dream

    Hot Onnit

It was ONNIT so it was more interval and not flow. Didn't know when I signed up but I enjoyed the class. You could still go at your own pace and make the workout yours. Didn't like the music but it's a 45 min class so didn't have to suffer long. And I like that it's slightly heated so I got my sweat on!

Loved the music and the flow. Megan's energy is great! The pace was a bit fast at times but the environment felt comfortable enough that I could do my own thing when I needed to and take a child's pose or go a little slower. I also appreciated the core work! Parking note: they have a few spots available in the Monarch parking garage (entrance on 5th st)

Love! Peaceful and not your typical restorative class of laying down opening the joints for 3-5 minute postures, but use of tennis balls and adjusting the body angle/weight to really find those places the body is holding tension. Heart openers, singing bowls, and playful guidance made this a beautiful Sunday night.

Good full body workout!! Whitney teaches pretty fast paced (compared to other instructors here) and breaks up the cardio throughout class vs. having one cardio burst in the middle of class. Some of the sets seemed longer than usual, but maybe it was because my triceps were burnt out. Good music. Whitney is really encouraging and challenges you without having to yell!

Negatives first: This was neither a yogahour class nor taught by Rey. It was an align class taught by Corey. Seriously, get it together, Practice! The listing on classpass is wrong more often than not and its infuriating. I dont have this issue with any other studio. However, Corey taught a lovely class and I did my first solo headstand! YS - Yoga Sculpt

First time trying sculpt. I think if you have been to C1 this is accessible to newbies. It was challenging and sweaty but I didn't die. I tend to get impatient with circuits and that is kind of what this is. Plus so many push-ups. Omg. I guess it's probably good for us lol. I mostly do barre and Pilates and one difference with sculpt is more emphasis on pushing yourself to use the heaviest weight possible and still maintain form, a change from the classes with light weights.

    NaMasque / "Nah-mask-ay"

Truly amazing and unlike anything I've experienced on classpass. I am so blissed out right now. Bailey led such a relaxing class and Blair (the owner) is lovely. Can't wait to return!

    SNG 90

Very intense workout. But you’re getting a very solid - all body workout when you do the SNG 90 class. The sweating and heat didn’t start getting to me until after the 1 hour mark... but I survived and felt amazing after.

    Prenatal Yoga

Great prenatal workout with strength building in the legs, my main (easily fixable) complaint is the very bright fluorescent lighting that is kept on for most of class. I find it discomforting. The instructor does turn it off (and there are dim lights) towards the end of class, which it is so much more soothing.

    Power Flow

Julie is simply awesome. Her class was so fun, I don't know who was enjoying it more, killing it, just pushing all around. That's pretty rare in yoga. The result was just a blast. So fun.

    Power Yoga

Again, I don't think it's a power yoga class at all (it's more of just a "vinyasa flow" class).. But the space is beautiful, clean, welcoming, and I love the instructor!
