see all reviewsGreat class! JJs onnit teaching style is more yoga-inspired than the other instructors I've tried here. The class was fast paced and challenging but really accessible, and with lots of modifications offered to make it easier or harder. The music was pretty loud and made it hard for me to hear the instruction at times, but otherwise fantastic experience!

see all reviewsGood class, flow and sweat in just 45 mins. 1st time back since pandemic started. With 7 people in the class it allowed a safe distance from others with no masks once reaching the mat. Though it was funny that some people came in late(total tunnel vision) and put their mat right next to others instead of wide open space across the room...if it were me I’d certainly say something. I’d recommend the yoga instructor manage this so the participant doesn’t have to be put in the uncomfortable position of doing so. Just a friendly “hey sorry we have a policy of 6 ft” for those who are still not getting it.

see all reviewsVery fun (but still challenging) class! The yoga part was a bit lacking for me as a frequent yogi but otherwise no complaints. This is the only barre class I've been to where actual ballet movement/terminology was used and it was a nice change of pace. This studio also tends to have more diversity (gender, age, body type, etc) than other pilates/barre studios, which makes for a welcoming environment!

There were a lot of people at all different skill levels in the class - I felt very comfortable. I didn't feel singled out, but the instructor was still able to guide me and knew my name. see all reviewsFirst time trying sculpt. I think if you have been to C1 this is accessible to newbies. It was challenging and sweaty but I didn't die. I tend to get impatient with circuits and that is kind of what this is. Plus so many push-ups. Omg. I guess it's probably good for us lol. I mostly do barre and Pilates and one difference with sculpt is more emphasis on pushing yourself to use the heaviest weight possible and still maintain form, a change from the classes with light weights.

see all reviewsGreat prenatal workout with strength building in the legs, my main (easily fixable) complaint is the very bright fluorescent lighting that is kept on for most of class. see all reviewsFast paced class, but very doable! The class was in a warehouse like space with all of the garage doors up and there was great air flow. We had a dynamic warm up, then went into 12 minutes of interval training, then 9 minutes of walk sit (with some additional layer of burn) then rest. The class went by so fast, and was really chill. Ana was super nice and kept the class on track with all of the timing (which was probably the most confusing part). For COVID, each student has their own area and they’ve already set you up with the weights you need for the class (less people touching things) which was really nice. After each class, all of the used weights go in a bath of cleaner so you know they’re completely sanitized. There are enforced temperature checks and hand sanitization upon entrance too.

see all reviewsJessica has got something special going with her Bollywood Fit class: truly a fusion of exercise and two dance styles, but staying of course closest to Banghra or Indian pop or ? While the half-dozen or a bit more students mostly seemed familiar with the culture, everyone was totally casual both about nailing the sequences and achieving peak burn. This fits Jessica’s emphasis on enjoying the music and dance rather than keeping up with her choreography which includes non- and traditional props. I could see myself coming back as part of my own vast fusion of gyms and studios. Definitely sticking with the basic class as I can imagine how “Intense” the other session is!
