Yoga for Stress Management
see all reviewsI love this studio. They are truly inclusive — all bodies, ages, abilities. I’ve had class with four different instructors now, and all have been quality, experienced instructors. I enjoyed taking Susan’s class for the first time. It’s truly yoga for stress relief, and my hips feel so much better than earlier in the day. My only suggestion is that it can be cold in the space to me (I tend to run colder than most folks), so I have to make sure to wear socks and long sleeves for the yin/restorative classes that are less active.

see all reviewsCrystal was nice and the yoga studio is cute. She offered a lot of modifications so you were free to do whatever you wanted. First half of class was vinyasa style and included all the basic yoga poses and then the second half was more of stretching and holding each pose for 3-5 min. This is a good class for all levels.

see all reviewsI loved the class! It was more like if yoga and reformed Pilates had a baby. Very flowy. The instructor was super sweet and very hands on. It felt like a small group/private session and the playlist was fire. I’ll definitely be back!

see all reviewsI am so glad I found this space! Lindsey’s postnatal class was very welcoming and inclusive. I wasn’t sure what to expect with bringing my baby, but it’s nice to find a space where everything was accepted. My little one cried and I was able to tend to her, and I still got to practice movement. So grateful this studio exists and I found it during my postpartum phase!
