For each circuit there was a TV and demo video clip so you wouldn’t forget what to do next. I did modify as needed by finding some smaller weights for certain exercises and asked for help and feedback on some exercises I was unfamiliar with. I felt welcome and encouraged even when the work outs got hard. If want a good warm up show up early and they have a warm up written out to follow on your own pace.
