    KICKBOXING

I’ve been going to knockout for about 2 years and they’re by far the best kickboxing studio in Austin! Every class is amazing, the vibes are just so good, and it’s a super welcoming (not intimidating if you’re new) environment. Can’t recommend them enough!

I like the variety of this class. the instructor was nice and clear in his direction. It would be WAY more enjoyable if music was a part of it. the music was down really really low. without music it was boring and went by very slowly.

My first boxing class ever and it was great! It was welcoming and energetic. The music was good too. However, it was over 80 degrees which made for a tougher workout but overall great.

    Gentle Vinyasa Yoga Flow

Wowwww! Catherine is AMAZING! Definitely going back again. (I am a total newbie recovering after a long hospitalization). She was so kind and encouraging of me. Very knowledgeable. Some of her poses seemed high level but she explained them in a way that made it easy to get in the pose or the modifications. Excited about yoga again!

    Kickboxing

When I walked into the class I initially felt a bit anxious and intimidated as there was only guys there and they all looked like they knew what they were doing (and I’m a relative newbie!) but the instructor was so lovely and reassuring and made me feel really comfortable throughout the class and I’m so glad I stayed! It was the right combo of working within my skill set and pushing myself and I loved it!

    Kickboxing MMA

This was the best kickboxing class I’ve attended in Austin. They have the best deal for a great workout. I have experience kickboxing and came in during the last week and picked up the sequence very quickly. I will be back to review basics because, as most know, a good foundation leads to better progression and form over time. Friendly coaches and classmates really made this the best atmosphere to learn and get better in your practice.

    Fit Kick or Muay Thai

The class itself was hard to find, the map location directs you to the back so it requires so circling and detective work. The parking situation I think needs to be written out more in info because if you park next to the food truck lot you have high potential to be towed. When I got there neither the receptionist or the coach were familiar with the class pass system with credits so kept trying to have me pay the $25 drop in fee and took multiple times to explain I didn’t have to pay since I paid through class pass. This was all before the class and I ended up just leaving as I moved my car because I just didn’t feel comfortable.
