She greeted me right away, which made trying the class much easier. The space has that real training gym vibe—exactly what you’d want.

I got hurt last time at another place years ago and it made me scared to lift weights again but the trainer I had “Kathryn” was great at pointing out exactly what to do to have the right form as I’ve never been able to get the form right. I finally got it down and I stayed safe so I would recommend her if you have the same issues.

see all reviewsJames was a very friendly and great instructor. He corrected form and did some one on one combos with everyone after he gave instructions. I loved the combination of the bag hits and kicks, along with circuits in between rounds. I'd definitely come back again!

I happened to be the only person in at this hour (8am, what a surprise) so i got lots of attention from her, she walked me through all 9 stations and her encouragement was great. She knew when to push me harder. It was HARD but so fun and o my 30 minutes!!! We can all do 30 minutes. And each exercise is just 3 min.
