see all reviewsRicky is an amazing instructor - one of my favorites at Hit Athletic! I appreciate his level of preparation (coming in early to set up equipment) so that we can get started right on time. He has an extremely positive and encouraging energy and is happy to correct form when needed. The class is challenging and the facilities are very well kept.

see all reviewsClass was well organized. We moved from reformer, chair, and tower with equal time allotted to all three. Class was challenging while still maintaining focus on technique. Core and inner thighs burned. Body felt loose and mobile afterwards. Try it!

see all reviewsAzia is a fantastic dancer. It’s complex choreographer that is not really taught but come have fun, move, and pick up what you can. There’s no judgment. Some choreo and music was from Dance With Monica if you did that back at LifeTime in 2018ish. I’ll be back again and highly recommend. Great workout and feel great about your body and have fun! #classpassinsider

see all reviewsDefinitely come to this class if you’ve boxed before or come a second or third time to get the most value out of it. The people and instructor will help you get up to speed if it’s your first time but I still felt like I wasnt entirely sure what I was doing when i first went. That might discourage someone from going again, but went a second time and felt way more comfortable, had so much fun, and got a huge workout in I was sweating so much
