RHYTHM RIDE 45
see all reviewsMakenzie is a mid day TREAT. She takes song requests, entertains and has a lot of swaggy moves I’ve never seen before! Loved her rhythm cycling and I feel like she’s only scratching the surface of her awesomeness. BOOK IT.

see all reviewsErika has a smooth steady flow. She is One of the best teachers with a deep knowledge of yoga. She makes little suggestions to modify any pose/position, that make a huge difference. She grounds us down, keeps the class moving along so the class goes by so fast.

see all reviewsLoved this class! This was week 1 of a Chakra series, and it focused on the root Chakra. A big critique I have of BSY is that their classes often feel very appropriative and whitewashed, so I appreciated that Adam offered a connection to traditional teachings and a focus on grounding in addition to a great workout. I'll be coming back next week :)

see all reviewsHailey’s class was awesome! This was one of my favorite yoga classes. Her voice was soothing and her directions were easy to follow. Her music choices paired nicely with the pace of class. We started and ended in a slower & more mindful place, and sped up our flow in the middle. Will definitely return for her class!

see all reviewsKarin is my favorite HPF instructor. Her instruction during class gives me the right amount of direction that allows me to focus on my practice without being distracted. HPF is a tough class, very hot and very humid, but well worth it.

see all reviewsAlways love this class! The rebounder makes it so fun & I feel like a little kid in gymnastics again. The only thing I’d suggest is maybe adding some fun music at a low volume in the background. The class felt like silent at various points and I think it’s much more fun to have a little music or something to listen to whilst exercising.

see all reviewsThe studio is lovely. It is warm, and calming space to practice. The class was amazing. I have never taken anything like it. It was very interesting to learn about new modalities to remove stress and trauma from the body. Not to mention effective. Caitlin was a wonderful instructor. Loved how she guided us through this practice.

see all reviewsGillian is one of the best yoga teachers in Austin! I think of her class as grounded and practical — yoga for regular, real people. She’s not too woo-woo but still very knowledgeable, and her class is challenging but encouraging of modifications. I love how diverse her classes are — lots ages and body types. Really wish more yoga in Austin was like this!

see all reviewsI always love Pure Yoga classes with Cici! She’s the best! But I will say — it was a weighted strength class with not nearly enough dumbbells for everyone. It’d be awesome if the studio could get some more!
