It was nice that they offer parking validation, makes parking a little least stressful if you don’t live downtown. Five dollars for a bottle of water was a bit insane lol, but that what I get for not being prepared. Phillips energy was amazing and I’m happy I got to attend one of his first classes back. I couldn’t have chosen a better time to come, it’s “hell week”. I plan to book during the rest of the week

I liked how he earned about a different pose or sequence by sagong "different " then explaining before we arrived to the pose. This was a workout without it feeling like a workout. It got my heartbeat elevated and I was actually sweating. (I normally don't sweat during most yoga sessions.) It felt very good!

I do appreciate there are tape markers and spots are assigned so you know where to place your yoga mat. And am glad that they do have yoga mats for you to use. Class format was basically circuits of 3 different exercises in combo of using weights and body weight exercises. Reminded me of Corepower yoga sculpt. Cassidy was high energy and had great music.

I really enjoyed the class; it was unlike any yoga class I’ve attended before. I loved that the mats were set out in advance, and this was my first time using a bolster, which was incredibly comfortable and helpful. The entire space was very clean and well managed. I’ll definitely be returning for more classes, and I’m also excited to try the float pod!

The instructor came by to introduce herself and make sure we were ready to go. I took the barre/pilates/yoga hybrid and it was fun and challenging. If you were hoping for longer stretches of dancing with music with someone to practice, I’d try a level up. Notes re Robbie: She’s personable, efficient at managing a large group, inclusive to involve multiple people when showing something, and particularly I like her walking around and helping make adjustments to individuals.

Wouldn’t say this is super beginner friendly you need to know basic movement patterns (squat, hinge, ohp) and experience with barbell work. The workout was go at your own pace so you can make it as hard as you want. It’s in a warehouse so no AC but lots of fans. I’ll be back!
