I’ve taken solidcore and pure Pilates which use the same machine, but this class was the opposite of everything I didn’t like in those classes. Dim lights, fun music, and not too crazy intense of moves, with lots of modifications available. Only negative is no towels provided - machine gets a bit slippery if you sweat a lot.

I also really appreciate the encouragement to use heavy weights! I’ve been sore for a few days since the workout (in a good way) and will definitely be back!

She was exceptionally attentive even with there being a ton of circuits and made sure to make corrections to everyone’s form when necessary. The class was fun and the seats were very comfortable. Previous cycle classes have left my sit bones sore which is normal but this one no soreness at all! At the end of the class we all got a nice cold towel which was really nice! Everyone was just so friendly. I already scheduled another class.
