I've never taken a class like this before and really didn't know what to expect, and I was super nervous! The staff at AO could not have been more welcoming. This was a great class with some interesting moves. But Lexie accidentally led us through a flow twice on the same side, and when someone pointed it out, Lexie seemed super embarrassed and was apologizing profusely, and it seemed to really throw off her energy. This class appealed to me because it was close by and I want to work on getting a bit stronger. Let me be clear: I’m pretty much a newbie to weight lifting and not very strong at all. When I showed up, I was super intimidated and had instant regret for booking in 😅 But Seth was soso kind, helpful and welcoming. He helped me modify exercises I couldn’t do and without judgment offered lighter weights that suited me better. I so appreciated this and by the end of class I actually had fun and now plan on booking in again - something I never thought I’d said just an hour ago! Ryan is the glittery disco ball that I never knew I always wanted in my life. Class twice a week with him really isn’t enough. He should be teaching every single day to grace us with his awesome sauce. As an ex pro ballerina and collegiate soccer player, a single mom of 3, a Spartan Trifecta racer, doctor, Buddhist, & cynic and someone recovering from a herniated spinal disc....TRUST ME when I say that Ryan’s class is THE BEST one of all locations. (I know, I’ve taken class from everyone everywhere) His humor, inspiration, motivation, musical choices, format, energy, positivity and overall *glowing* light can completely change your day...F it—your entire life actually. I got there 10 min before class and couldn’t find parking. Got there again at 9:02am and the doors were locked. Another girl was there too and she said she specifically asked if she could move her car bc she didn’t want to get towed and the instructor said she would let her in. She got there at 9:01. Brutal. We knocked felt bad about it but an attendee let us in. Whew. Rough way to start. Other than that the class was awesome and I’d definitely come again. Just beware there is not even a 1 minute grace period so I guess you need to be there 25-30 minutes before class to be safe at this location to find and pay for parking since they only have 9 spots and the class was super full - I’d guess 30 people. I’m not worried about Covid or social distancing but If you are youd freak lol. I still loved the class and will be back. Lastly towels are $2. Usually nicer studios don’t charge but fyi. Showers have amazing scented body wash. :)

This place is super cute and has a unique offering. I had heard so many benefits of infrared so I was excited to try it. The experience is a little intense since you’re basically sweating for 30 min but I felt great after. They play music which helps you relax then come into your room halfway to put a cool towel on your face (which felt amazing). One downside is there’s no showers if you want to rinse off at the studio after. There’s also no water refill station so bring a lot of water unless you want to refill in the sink.

Very fun (but still challenging) class! The yoga part was a bit lacking for me as a frequent yogi but otherwise no complaints. Pure Pilates is actually a Lagree studio so this workout is much more challenging and sweat-inducing than traditional Pilates. It’s also not the most beginner-friendly workout. This isn’t the fault of the studio—it’s the design of the Lagree method. The mega reformers have tons of options for modifications, but if you’re a beginner or have injuries, you have to speak up and advocate for yourself in this workout. That said, Bronte was great about helping me modify for a knee issue. The classes are small at this location, and I’ve had mostly positive experiences with the teachers here.

    Tango, All Levels (partner)

Mickey is a kind, fun, and effective teacher, and Esquina seems like great community! My boyfriend and I are beginners and were worried the class would be above our level, but Mickey and the other class attendees were very gracious and made us feel comfortable.

    Sauna - Contrast Therapy

This place is SO welcoming and soothing. The contrast therapy was an amazing 45 minutes to go back and forth from infrared sauna to cold bath as I desired. They provide showers and towels and toiletries to freshen up. I love this place! So grateful to have found them through CP.

This is an awesome class. The spin portion can really make you sweat and the weight area is super nice with really good equipment. The yoga section is just enough for me but pushes me to do something outside of my normal comfort levels. The class is fun and goes by quickly due to the format of 20 minutes of each section.

Azia is a fantastic dancer. It’s complex choreographer that is not really taught but come have fun, move, and pick up what you can. There’s no judgment. Some choreo and music was from Dance With Monica if you did that back at LifeTime in 2018ish. I’ll be back again and highly recommend. Great workout and feel great about your body and have fun! #classpassinsider

    Cardio Rō on the Balcony

Connor was SO great! I was the only person signed up for this class, and many studios would just cancel the class and automatically refund you. I’ve had that happen so many times and it’s pretty inconvenient when you plan your day around your workout. Connor was so cool about it and didn’t make me feel weird at all for being the only one there, and gave me great insight on my form and posture. I brought my French bulldog for the first time as we were outside that day and he was also so wonderful with my unruly pup.
