I loved the music and low lighting in this class. the instructor was very interesting. I've taken many of her classes. she's a good instructor. like all the instructors at ride, she's got a vibe about her that is hard to out into words. ex: she walks in and gives a short speech about how when people show up not wanting to workout or with bad energy, she feels it and it's a burden. she went on to state that we needed to change our attitudes. I felt like it was inappropriate and entertaining because of that ha!

    30 | 30 (Cycle | Barre)

Definitely recommend showing up early ~ I was a couple minutes late, and it was fine, but I couldn’t get my bike set up the way I wanted and I had never ridden with Clip in shoes (which they have for rent) so it took so getting used to. This class is kickass seriously so intense! I’m not an avid cyclist, so I was out of it a lil bit, but had fun the best I could and felt very strong afterwards. The barre part was great, a mat Pilates type workout. The instructor was high energy and genuine, and the space was really well done. Leigh Anne did recommend the 45 cycle class over the 30/30 because it has more of a warm up and cool down, therefore gets you more used to the bike. 10/10 will be returning!

I got there 10 min before class and couldn’t find parking. Got there again at 9:02am and the doors were locked. Another girl was there too and she said she specifically asked if she could move her car bc she didn’t want to get towed and the instructor said she would let her in. She got there at 9:01. Brutal. We knocked felt bad about it but an attendee let us in. Whew. Rough way to start. Other than that the class was awesome and I’d definitely come again. Just beware there is not even a 1 minute grace period so I guess you need to be there 25-30 minutes before class to be safe at this location to find and pay for parking since they only have 9 spots and the class was super full - I’d guess 30 people. I’m not worried about Covid or social distancing but If you are youd freak lol. I still loved the class and will be back. Lastly towels are $2. Usually nicer studios don’t charge but fyi. Showers have amazing scented body wash. :)

Very fun (but still challenging) class! The yoga part was a bit lacking for me as a frequent yogi but otherwise no complaints. This is the only barre class I've been to where actual ballet movement/terminology was used and it was a nice change of pace. Pure Sculpt - Megaformer

Pure Pilates is actually a Lagree studio so this workout is much more challenging and sweat-inducing than traditional Pilates. It’s also not the most beginner-friendly workout. This isn’t the fault of the studio—it’s the design of the Lagree method. The mega reformers have tons of options for modifications, but if you’re a beginner or have injuries, you have to speak up and advocate for yourself in this workout. That said, Bronte was great about helping me modify for a knee issue. The classes are small at this location, and I’ve had mostly positive experiences with the teachers here.

Connor was SO great! I was the only person signed up for this class, and many studios would just cancel the class and automatically refund you. I’ve had that happen so many times and it’s pretty inconvenient when you plan your day around your workout. Connor was so cool about it and didn’t make me feel weird at all for being the only one there, and gave me great insight on my form and posture. I brought my French bulldog for the first time as we were outside that day and he was also so wonderful with my unruly pup.

I love taking SPENGA. The instructors are very nice and motivating. The class is a perfect combination of spin, floor work and stretching/yoga! It goes by fast and leaves you feeling awesome!

Mickey is a kind, fun, and effective teacher, and Esquina seems like great community! My boyfriend and I are beginners and were worried the class would be above our level, but Mickey and the other class attendees were very gracious and made us feel comfortable.

Azia is a fantastic dancer. It’s complex choreographer that is not really taught but come have fun, move, and pick up what you can. There’s no judgment. Some choreo and music was from Dance With Monica if you did that back at LifeTime in 2018ish. I’ll be back again and highly recommend. Great workout and feel great about your body and have fun! #classpassinsider
