She is so encouraging throughout class and even does the workout alongside the group. I always leave the studio feeling appreciation for my body and all that it does for me, which is something she will often say during the cool down. Her classes are a great way to start the day feeling strong, capable and refreshed!

I liked how he earned about a different pose or sequence by sagong "different " then explaining before we arrived to the pose. This was a workout without it feeling like a workout. It got my heartbeat elevated and I was actually sweating. (I normally don't sweat during most yoga sessions.) It felt very good!

Ramona is incredible; I must have unlocked something in my body and mind during this class because the way I felt at the end of class in shavasana was pretty much the best and most peaceful I've ever felt in my life. I really enjoyed the class; it was unlike any yoga class I’ve attended before. I loved that the mats were set out in advance, and this was my first time using a bolster, which was incredibly comfortable and helpful. The entire space was very clean and well managed. I’ll definitely be returning for more classes, and I’m also excited to try the float pod!

Hard on the hips for an average body’s mobility, and not usually a great thing to hear an instructor say after class that they didn’t know what they were doing / they were making things up as they went along. Wouldn’t say this is super beginner friendly you need to know basic movement patterns (squat, hinge, ohp) and experience with barbell work. The workout was go at your own pace so you can make it as hard as you want. It’s in a warehouse so no AC but lots of fans. I’ll be back!
