body shred
see all reviewsIt’s a down-to-earth studio mostly focused on boxing, but I went to their strength and conditioning class — definitely not for the faint-hearted! It’s based on HYROX-style training, which is really popular at the moment. I’ve been twice now and everyone was really welcoming. The vibe is relaxed and friendly. The first class was pretty tough though. It’s circuit-style, and some of the weights (like for deadlifts and farmer carries) were really heavy. If you were new to training, it could be a bit much. I’d recommend having lighter weight options and a bit more support for beginners, since lifting too heavy with bad form could cause injury. Other than that, it’s a solid workout with nice people!
