    Class was good but on the app it says 6.30-7.30pm and in reality the class was 45min. Would be best to change the times as I was expecting an hour session and chose yours over other classes for the time/credits but then obviously it was less credits but not 1hr long..

    I love the instructor , she’s so nice, so supportive. I’ve heard pole dancing is hard, but the steep learning curve still surprised me. The instructor was so patient with us that my friend and I managed to get the hang of a few moves. It is so exciting when you do get the move down!

    The instructor was lovely and very welcoming making me feel comfortable quickly (it was my first class so I was a bit nervous) very challenging workout which was great I would definitely recommend this place and its a bonus that its an all women gym👌🏻
