Vibes immaculate!Also one of the few teachers I’ve taken at Bring It Om that offers nice adjustments during power flow, which is helpful bc sometimes you get caught up in keeping up with the cues, that your form may fall a little short. Was drenched. Grace did a really great job!! Sometimes a little hard to understand the instructive cuz of how fast she spoke but there were plenty of people who were regulars that you could watch for help. And it seemed like all the regulars were super fit so clearly it works! :)
