About this studio

The Gym at Peachtree offers a state of the art training room, basketball courts (when available) as well a variety of group fitness classes for those starting on their fitness journey as well as classes to challenge elite athletes. They provide opportunities for physical conditioning in a non-intimidating, nurturing atmosphere. Their goal is to be the Gym where "You Will Fit In". When you visit the Gym, they are committed to do their best to exceed your expectations.

How to prepare

Please bring a water bottle and towel. Childcare is by reservation and is available M-F, 8:15am-12:30pm and Wednesday 4:15pm-8:30pm. It is an additional charge - email jsmith@peachtreepres.org for details.

How to get there

The gym is the most southern building on the campus and faces Roswell Rd.

Ellen is a wonderful instructor! I would say the class is low/medium intensity. As another commenter mentioned, it is at a church so give yourself a few extra minutes the first time you go to find where the gym is located on the property, check in the front desk, and get your props. The crowd in this class was on the older side too. :)

Trisha teaches a VERY fun class! She’s energetic which makes you want to move more! The hour flys by with how much fun your having!

I enjoyed the music and cardio, but it was definitely not a beginners class. The instructor called out movements instead of demonstrating, so I just followed the steps of another person in class.

Pace of class was a little slow in between songs and changing sets. The teachers got lost several times making it very hard to follow along. More instructions for counts and timing of movements would have been helpful.

I loved this class! Don’t know if it matched the description, but it’s upbeat strength exercises. Pushups, squats, weights.

The dance is not easy to follow and there is not a lot of instructing. I’m assuming it’s the same dance every week.

What is ClassPass?

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
