see all reviewsI’ve only taken a handful of classes at Sacred Yoga, and the warm power flow with Ashley was by far my favorite! Even though it was a power flow, it was still a very mindful, gentle flow and very well thought-out sequence. I appreciated that the flow wasn’t too hot but I still sweat! Sacred Yoga seems like a very beginner-friendly studio. I liked the extra push in the power flow and will definitely be back 💯

I would recommend this class, however I’d advise having some prior knowledge of the poses as the class moves quickly and not all of the moves are demonstrated.

She also offered ways to ramp up and ramp down the exercise so that you can tailor it to how your body feels. Definitely one of my favorite teachers here.
