Once you get over the beginning scares, you’ll have fun in no time :) Instructor started class without checking everyone in- which confused me, but I was also fine with that! Everyone got into a spot and started mirroring the instructor’s movements. It was definitely a class for me to get out of my comfort bubble and sweat!
