Yoga Sculpt *hot
see all reviewsI didn’t realize Yoga Sculpt and Yoga Flow were different, but the Yoga Sculpt class was intense. It’s probably the most I’ve ever sweat during hot yoga, I had to sit down at some parts because I started seeing black dots in my vision. Less frequency music with poses, more EDM music with weights. I loved it though, and I would definitely take it again.

see all reviewsThe instructor is really good at yoga! I was a bit unsure at first when he walked in just one minute before class started, still in his motorcycle gear—but once the class began, it was clear he’s a total pro. The studio is spacious and provides yoga mats if you forget yours, which is super helpful. The class itself was challenging, especially for someone like me who’s not very flexible (I can’t touch my toes when I bend forward). But the instructor always offers alternatives for each pose, so you can go at your own pace. I appreciated being encouraged to try new poses I’d never attempted before—it felt good and surprisingly rewarding. The only part I felt a little awkward about was the group photo at the end. I’m not super comfortable with that kind of thing, so I just politely opted out and left. Overall, a cool class if you want to challenge yourself or just try out new places.

see all reviewsThe class is engaging. The routine engaged full body muscles from legs, arms to core. I like the stretching part the most, it was very relaxing with the darker light and great aroma from fragrance candle.
