    Love Lindsey her approach to Yin is so relaxing and always make me feel better mentally and physically afterwards. It’s unfortunate that the gym doesn’t have a quieter place for her class. Loud talking, laughing and loud hip hop music should not be interrupting a class specifically designed to help you decompress and relax.

    IN STUDIO Hot Vinyasa

    This was my first class at this studio, and I would say I’m not a beginner but I’m not very advanced either. It was a challenge, but in the best way possible. The sequences were so creative, fun, and flowy- they weren’t just a challenge for my body but for my brain.I haven’t left a yoga class feeling that inspired in a minute. Risa definitely pushed me in a way I needed- thank you!

    Silks Yoga

    First time I've done yoga using silks. I've done yoga and I've taken a few silks class but the combo of the 2 was just what I needed. A bit awkward at times but the resulting poses and stretches felt so good. Dani was great - welcomed me warmly, explained the class / format. The ambiance was glowing and warm (the room was warmish, not hot). The music was soothing and Dani's cues and instructions were very helpful. Ahhhhh. I felt so good leaving this class.
