see all reviewsFirst time joining the class, unfortunately to realise I was the only girl 😅😂 But Nik as my instructor was very nice and accommodating! Not just in terms of managing the difficulty (between advanced and beginner) but also gender differences (definitely was not as fit as the men, haha). He taught us the fundamentals of boxing and made sure we had fun! Do be prepared for a total sweaty workout even as a beginner (given that you push yourself to the limit)!
