    Great class. But instructors here should think about giving few minutes of water break. 2 mins of break in between is good enough to catch some breath. This should be encouraged with all instructors.

    Hatha Alignment (Elementary)

    I loved the hatha yoga class this morning! instructor belinda was awesome, giving clear instructions and keeping the vibe positive. The poses and flows were just right, not too hard or easy. It felt super chill practicing with everyone, and I left feeling so refreshed and energized. Totally recommend it!
