    Ride & Recover : 20 Min Intense Spin, 20 Min Stretch, 5 Min Breathing

    Shari is the only instructor I know that can switch from super hype mode for spin and then ground us with his breathing techniques and stretching routine after. I feel so energised, fulfilled and rejuvenated after this class.. ready to take on the new week! This is the best combination ever, I hope manic makes this permanent. Maybe 30min spin 30min breathing and stretching next time? Much love Shari

    I loved the hatha yoga class this morning! instructor belinda was awesome, giving clear instructions and keeping the vibe positive. The poses and flows were just right, not too hard or easy. It felt super chill practicing with everyone, and I left feeling so refreshed and energized. Totally recommend it!
