    I loved this class! The workout was killer and intense but still beginner friendly. Faris the trainer was really attentive and patient, I really enjoyed how he carefully demonstrates to us each set and keeps us motivated. The group of ladies were also all very friendly and welcoming.

    HIIT ON PLATE (Abs and Upper body)

    Went with my friend and turns out only 2 of us in the class so it became personal training session. Coach Vahn was very nice and encourage us throughout the workout but do not force us more than our limit and very attentive if we feel pain. I’m a hijabi and he was very respectful to me like he would demonstrate or show where to stand etc instead of holding my body to be in certain position. Oh btw power plate is basically a machine that vibrates so you burn more calories while workout.

    Instructor came early and let us to practice a bit before the class started.Instructor is cheerful as always,motivated us to catch up the moves and rythum. Requires coordination between your legs and arms. Even it is a beginner class,you still sweat a lot.
