    Indoor Rhythmic Cycling

    Allyson definitely seems experienced, I like her playlist & definitely appreciated that she used the classic double time, instead of runs on runs. However I’m not sure if it’s a technical issue - the lighting control can be improved especially during explanation and when the music is a lower BPM. Lights were flashy throughout the class & sometimes the music seems to overlap Allyson’s voice. I also think energy can be improved, there seems to be a lot more left in her tank. Overall I think it’s a good class.

    Selina is friendly, energetic instructor. During the session, she collect posture walking around the studio. Great vibe! Unfortunately super loud music, viblation windows, distruction the end of the class during savasana. The studio must manage sound problem.

    Hatha Alignment (Elementary)

    I loved the hatha yoga class this morning! instructor belinda was awesome, giving clear instructions and keeping the vibe positive. The poses and flows were just right, not too hard or easy. It felt super chill practicing with everyone, and I left feeling so refreshed and energized. Totally recommend it!
