see all reviewsThis is literally the funnest class I’ve ever taken & I’ve tried all types of workouts! I was somewhat intimidated at first but there’s no contact involved & once you start punching it feels effing amazinggg. In the beginning the moves felt awkward but Stephanie was super helpful with form & instructions. The class was pretty challenging but it’s so fun & fast paced you don’t even realize how much good work you’re doing 🙌🏽

see all reviewsFantastic instructors who are passionate about the art in “martial art.” This is a well stocked and humble gym, they aren’t money hungry trying to upsell you. Jiujitsu felt rewarding and I definitely want to learn more. They offer Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Karate as well as youth classes. Schedule is good for those who work Monday-Fri and need something after work. Will be back to sign up for their membership!
