He’s there for you side-by-side. This was valued, and showed immensely about how committed he is to bringing his best self forward, and all circumstances and how he operates..

The instructor was fully present with her class, offering clear instructions and motivation to everyone. Hazel was exceptionally on point with her cuing, giving great reminders about breathing as well as options for exercises for those who needed more or less of a challenge. The amount of effort and consideration Hazel puts into her classes is evident every time. I highly recommend SPENGA and Hazel. Take her class if you get a chance!

I was somewhat intimidated at first but there’s no contact involved & once you start punching it feels effing amazinggg. In the beginning the moves felt awkward but Stephanie was super helpful with form & instructions. The class was pretty challenging but it’s so fun & fast paced you don’t even realize how much good work you’re doing 🙌🏽
