The Kettlebell Push-Up is a variant of a traditional push-up where you hold onto a kettlebell instead of keeping your hands on the floor. This form of push-up requires additional abdominal, shoulder and chest strength.

How do you do a Kettlebell Push-Up?

  • Step 1

    Place the kettlebell down on the mat. Come into a plank position with your hands holding onto the kettlebell.

  • Step 2

    Bend your arms to lower yourself down towards the ground in a push-up. Push back up to the plank position and repeat.
