How do you do Half Tortoise Pose?

  • Step 1

    Begin kneeling with your knees and heels together, palms resting on your thighs.

  • Step 2

    Raise your arms, bring your palms together and cross your thumbs. Inhale and stretch upward.

  • Step 3

    Exhale and stretch forward, bringing your forehead and pinkies to the floor. Stretch your arms actively forward and push your hips onto your heels.
