Expert opinion

Many of us spend our lives focused on the external and spend much of our days busy and stressed.

Forward folds provide us with an opportunity to turn within to develop patience and understanding towards ourselves. When we surrender fully to the pose, we become fully present in the moment and cultivate acceptance of ourselves just as we are without any need to change.
