How to prepare

You don’t have to master a one-arm handstand to practice here, but you do have to arrive at least 5 minutes early for class. Mat rentals are available at the studio for $1 cash or $2 CC - just leave your shoes at the door, check in with the front desk and make yourself at OM. In the event that a class is sold out, spaces may be given to those on the waitlist 3 minutes before class time. Please note that there is a 5-minute late policy.

How to get there

The studio is located at 135 W 20th between 6th & 7th Ave on the 6th Floor. The building’s elevator means well but is often slow, so give it a minute.

Level 2/3 with Bridgette
Very good class - challenging ! Teacher was really great But a bit too packed ... sometimes I would have the food of neighbor over my mat !
Level 2/3 with Lori
I wish I had known that katie wasn’t teaching! Okay class but not as good as Katie’s class
Level 2/3 with Bridgette
Lovely class. Great sequencing. Didn’t love all the time spent on arm balances though
Level 2/3 with Bridgette
Challenging and interesting class, but needs to consistently provide clearer verbal instructions. I found myself lost a few times or confused at where a pose was evolving despite having a strong regular practice.
Level 2/3 with Alexandra
Very relaxing and supportive. Excellent adjustments. Alexandra was a very helpful and clear instructor.
Level 2/3 with Bridgette
Very challenging
Level 2/3 with Bridgette
Lovely teacher but the flow was too basic and kind of boring for a level 2/3
Level 2/3 with Alexandra
Great class. Love this studio
Level 2/3 with Bridgette
best stretch class !
Level 2/3 with Katie
Good class for those who practice regularly or have taken a couple classes and are familiar with the terms (little explanation is given for common poses). Worked on some interesting balance poses. A lot of flow. Very relaxing. The studio is really nice and cozy without being small
