How to prepare

Please wear comfortable, light and stretchy workout clothes. Also, make sure to not forget your yoga mat. If you do not own your own, you may always hire one at the studio for a small fee. Lastly, it is highly recommended for you to bring your own water bottle and towel.

How to get there

Take the express escalator from Pitt St Mall to Level 5. The escalator is located between Soul Pattinson Chemist and Sportsgirl.
